Selected to the active roster on 9/8 after splitting the minor league season between Double-A Mississippi and Triple-A Gwinnett. Made five starts for the Braves, going 0-3 with a 4.76 ERA (15 ER/28.1 IP)…Made his MLB debut in a start on 9/8 at PHI, taking the 5-0 loss despite tossing 6.0 innings and allowing four hits, two runs, earned and one walk, while striking out two. Prior to Weber, only two Atlanta pitchers lost a MLB debut despite going at least 6.0 innings and allowing two-or-fewer runs: Horacio Ramirez on 4/2/03 vs. MON (7.0 IP/2 R) and Rick Matula on 4/8/79 at HOU (7.0 IP/2 R)…Became the fourth member of the Braves starting rotation to make his Major League debut (RHP Williams Perez, RHP Matt Wisler, LHP Manny Banuelos) and the fifth to make his first career start (RHP Mike Foltynewicz). Became the 10th starting pitcher used by the Braves in 2015…Set a career-high total with 7.0 innings and allowed just one run and two hits, but received a no decision vs. PHI on 9/19.
